9.2 Instructions for how to confirm hardware, firmware, and application versions on POI
devices
9.2.1 Genius Countertop devices
Use the Verifone Administration menu to confirm the following:

Hardware number
•
Firmware number
•
Application version number

Ensure that the Genius is displaying the Splash screen
2.
On the keypad, press

, and
9
at the same time to enter System Mode. The Genius
device displays a login screen.

Use the keypad to type the supervisor password, then press
Enter
