4.1 Installation and connection instructions
4.1.3.2 Fitting the battery
Before you use the battery in the device:
•
Check that the surface of the battery is clean.
•
If the battery terminals are dirty, rub them with a clean, dry cloth.
1.
Remove the rear battery cover by sliding it down until you hear a click, then lifting it off.
2.
Insert the new battery by aligning the three gold contacts on the top of the battery with
the contacts on the device. Press down on the battery until you hear a click.
3.
Replace the rear battery cover and slide it up until you hear a click. Check that the cover
is secure before charging and turning on the device.
