3. Operate the raising control again for 2 seconds until the pistons lock in place
4. Make sure the pistons are now locked in place and cannot be rotated
5. Operate the lowering control until the pistons begin to come down
6. Ensure that the pistons can be rotated now. Remove the cover and close the cock

7. Turn the jack upside down, allowing the pistons and frame handle to rest on the workbench, as illustrated in
drawing DWG. 14
8. Loosen (NEVER unscrew it completely!) the grub screw POS. 17 A00337 POS. 17 A00337 and push the pistons manually to
allow all the air out, until hydraulic fluid starts flowing out. When finished, tighten the grub screw POS. 17 A00337 POS. 17 A00337
9. Position the jack back on the base and open the cock POS. 9 A00542 POS. 9 A00542
10. Operate the lowering control to get the pistons to fully retract.
11. Check the hydraulic fluid level
12. Try to operate the jack without any load. If the pistons do not lower smoothly, repeat the bleeding procedure at
least 2 or 3 times

PROBLEMS

THE MOTOR WILL NOT START, OR IT RUNS BADLY.
- Check that the air supply line is not choked.
- The outside seals fitted on the piston,
POS. 10 A00423 EXPLODED DRAWING POS. 10 A00423 EXPLODED DRAWING are worn. Replace them (kit
KMYAK215/P) and lubricate both the cylinder and the ram.
THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD.
-Check that the tap POS. 9 A00542 POS. 9 A00542 is open.
- Check the oil level by means of the screw POS. 24 A00337 POS. 24 A00337 on the tank.
- There is dirt underneath the valves: remove the casing, close the tap POS. 9 A00542 POS. 9 A00542 , turn the jack over so the
cylinder is horizontal and the motor pump vertical, loosen the cap POS.16 A00423 POS.16 A00423 , remove the bearings and springs
and blow inside to thoroughly clean it. Reassemble and if necessary knock again the bearings POS.12 AND POS.14 POS.12 AND POS.14
A00423 A00423 , then repeat the bleeding operation illustrated on the previous page. Put the jack back into its normal position
and reopen the tap.
- Check the hydraulic block

drawing which controls opening and closing of the descent valve pos.7 of the A00324 exploded drawing, has not
become rigid, in which case dismantle and grease it.
THE JACK LIFTS, BUT COMES DOWN UNDER THE LOAD.
- Dismantle the assembly POS. 2 A00542 POS. 2 A00542 and check that under the bearing POS.7 A00324 POS.7 A00324 there are no impurities.
After carefully cleaning, readapt the pin POS.7 A00324 POS.7 A00324 in its seat with a light blow with a hammer. If the load still falls
