Replacing the Power Supply Board
REMOVAL
1. Remove the frame cover. (See [D-1: Removing the Frame
Covers].)
2. Remove all four connectors which are connected to the power
supply board. (Fig. 1)
3. Loosen the two screws which fix the power supply board to
remove the board. (Fig. 1)
ASSEMBLE
1. Securely fix the new power supply board by using two fixing
screws. (Fig. 1)
2. Connect three connectors, 2P, 4P and 5P. (Fig. 1)
3. Perform tests on the parts as specified for mounting and re-
placing the parts.
[Tests]
A. Connect the control unit and the 5P cable without mounting
the cover. (Fig. 2)
B. Turn on the power of the main unit, and rotate the pedal
under the manual training mode. Check that the cadence of
the control unit will change.
C. Then, turn off the power and detach the 5P cable from the
control unit.
4. Assemble the frame cover.
