Snapshot Tutorial
AF CS shoots up to 30 CS images while keeping the subject in focus. This feature
comes in handy when shooting children and other fast-moving subjects. A CS speed
of up to maximum of six frames per second can be specified.
1.
Align the mode dial with [P] (Program Auto).

Press [MENU].

] to select the “

REC MENU” tab, and then

] to select “CS”, and then press [

] to select “AF CS” and then press [SET].

Press the shutter button the rest of the way down.
Hold down the shutter button to shoot up to 30 images at high speed.
NOTE
• In addition to the
P
(Program Auto) mode, you can also use the following modes
with AF CS:
A
(Aperture AE),
S
(Shutter Speed AE), and
M
(Manual Exposure).
• Zoom is disabled during continuous shutter operations.
• The following image sizes cannot be selected while shooting with Auto Focus CS:
3:2, 16:9. If select AF CS while either of these image sizes is selected, the camera
will automatically switch the images size setting to 12M.
• The following camera features cannot be used while shooting with Auto Focus CS:
Motion Shutter, Triple Self-timer, Single SR Zoom.
• The settings below are fixed while shooting with AF CS.

– Flash: Flash Off
– Focus Mode: AF
– AF Area: Spot
