6 - MAINTENANCE
Replacing a backhoe bucket
Removal
1. Place the bucket flat on flat, horizontal ground.
2. Operate the attachment controls so that the
arm/bucket linkage pin is not gripped by the weight of
the arm.
3. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
4. Remove the pins hardware.

5. Remove the bucket pins.
6. Start the engine.
7. Disengage the attachment from the bucket and save
the linkage seals for re-use.

Installation
1. Make sure the bucket is in a stable position.
2. Start the engine.
3. Bring the arm into its housing.
4. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
5. Install the linkage seals between the arm and the
bucket. Change them if necessary.
