TARGET Programs
This console features 4 target programs : Target Time,
Target Distance, Target Calories & Target Heart Rate.
When you reach your target the console will sound a short alarm
and end the workout by coming to a stop.
Target TIME
1. Make sure the console is switched on.
2. Press the “

” to select the program mode
you want.

( 1:00 ~ 1:59: 00 minutes )

” to confirm your setting.
