Pre-assembly roofcurbs

The 50EN/EH unit can be attached to a standardised pre-assembly
roofcurb with adjustable height, built in galvanised steel panelling with
polyester paint and thermal insulation.

Gas burner

-  Natural gas or propane gas burner with proportional actuator 0-10V

designed in accordance with the standards in force in compliance
with the Gas Directive 90/396 EEC (see EC homologation certi

fi

 cate

of the unit with burner in speci

fi

 c gas burner brochure).

-  The electronic control of the 50EN/EH unit will only be managed

by the burner connection as support for the heating depending on
ambient conditions. The control will also receive from the burner a
safety signal in the event of failure.

-  The burner module is

fi

tted with a controller installed inside as

standard. This controller is used to manage, con

fi

 gure and diagnose

all the operating parameters and safeties in the burner.

The burner module includes a name plate featuring the main gas
characteristics as well as the 50EN/EH unit serial number on which it
is to be mounted.

Important: All the necessary information about the installation,
commissioning and maintenance of the burner module  is available
in the specifi c instruction brochure on gas burner (supplied with
the burner).

The serial number must be used in all communication
regarding the unit.

Important: All the necessary information about the installation of
the roofcurb  is available in the specifi c instruction brochure on
roofcurb (supplied with the roofcurb).

The following image shows a detail of the installation of the roofcurb on
a roof. The levelling system uses angle pieces that allow adjustments
in the X and Y axes.

The roofcurb is supplied thermally isolated, the installer must only do
a sealing upsweep around the roofcurb to ensure that water does not
penetrate the roof.
