Power saving mode

The power saving mode saves energy by limiting the maximum current which will effect cooling capacity that the  
unit can generate.

Push 

 button during operation.

The air conditioner enters power saving mode.

‡

Power saving mode will stay in effect until it is cancelled.
To cancel the power saving mode, push 

 button again.

To configure the power saving mode settings

Push

 button for at least four seconds when the air conditioner is not working.

 (left side of the button) to select an indoor unit to be set.

Each time you push the button, UNIT No. change as follows:

The fan of the selected unit runs.

‡

During a Power save operation, the maximum current of the outdoor unit is limited. The operating power consumption 
might not be lowered, however, under certain conditions.

‡

Capability of the air conditioner is saved during the Power save operation. The room may not become cool or warm
enough.

‡

A Power save operation cannot be programmed with the central control remote controller and depending on the
installation conditions of the outdoor unit.

‡

If multiple units are connected as a group, all of them are put in Power save mode.

‡

The Power save feature might be restricted, depending on the outdoor unit used. For details, contact the original 
retailer.
