In consequence of the necessity of being able to insert the 
thermal transfer ribbon in a convenient manner, the 
requirements of EN 60950-1 regarding the risk of injuries to 
the fingers are not complied with at the location marked with 
arrows. 

 

These requirements must be insured by means of 
installation into the end device. 

All isolating safety equipment must be installed before starting-up the 
machine.
