In this position, you can also perform
relaxation exercises, such as breathing
exercises, for example.
• The large massage stone is for
massaging the body. This stone is
suitable for treating larger surfaces
such as the back and the thighs. Use
massage oil with this. First apply a
little massage oil to your skin to check
whether you are oversensitive to it.
• The large wellness stone can also be
used to treat large body surfaces. Due
to its large size, it retains heat for a
long time and is highly suitable for
heating specific parts of the body.
• The medium wellness stones can be
used for the face, the stomach, the
back and legs. With these stones,
you can easily massage uneven body
surfaces.
After you have prepared the stones, you
can best first place a number of stones
on and near the body. These stones allow
the body to get used to the heat and also
have a relaxing effect. Massage oil is then
applied to the body to allow the stones
to slide easily over the skin. Always start a
massage with stroking movements. During
the stroking movements, the hot stones
glide slowly over the skin so that the
entire surface of the stones is in contact
with the body. Follow the contours of the
body and try to move rhythmically and
in a flowing motion. You can make long
stroking motions, for example, from the
shoulders to the lower back, or along the
limbs. You may also use circular strokes.
Circle the Hot Stones over the body in
order to cover a large area. For a lighter
effect, you can also use the small Hot
Stones rather than the larger ones.
For a total body massage, it is good to
start with the back.
The back is the most vulnerable part of
the body. For this reason, do not apply
too much pressure and work gently, so
that the back muscles do not tense up
defensively.
A face massage with Hot Stones promotes
the blood circulation and the removal of
waste materials. For this, use the small
Hot Stones.
Operation
Place the water tank on a flat, stable base
surface (for example a table), so that it
does not topple over.
Take the stones out of the packaging and
wash them before you use them for the
first time.
Place the stones that you wish to use on
the plastic grate in the water tank. Ensure
that the stones are not broken or have
sharp edges.
Fill the water tank with water so that all
the stones are just under the water level.
Do not fill the tank more than the indicated
maximum water level. Fill the tank with
cold or lukewarm water. In no case use hot
or boiling water, since this may damage the
tank. Change the water for every new use.
Unwind the mains cable fully. Insert the
plug into the socket outlet. Switch on the
appliance and adjust the temperature.
The green lamp (POWER) indicates that
the appliance is switched on. The red lamp
