Manual Set
Press MANUAL to enter manual mode in standby or press the MODE key until P1 appears. The TIME display will show
“30:00” flashing. You can change the time by pressing the +/- buttons. After setting the time, press the MODE key to
enter into the program setting. Use the +/- buttons again, to set the speed or incline of the flashing column. At last
press MODE to finish setting. Repeat the above step to set the following column up until the 15th column. The data will
be saved unless it is changed by the user.
Body Fat Test
Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds, until the display shows "FAT". Now, press MODE repeatedly to follow the analysis
routine, consisting of 4 subsequent input prompts and the test itself (F5):
•
F1 - gender
(01 = male; 02 = femalo)
•
F2 - age
(0 - 99)
•
F3 - height (inches)
(10 - 99)
•
F4 - weight (kg)
(20 - 150)
•
F5 - TEST
For each step, use the +/- buttons to adjust the values and press MODE to confirm and continue. When the F5 display
shows "---", please grab both pulse sensors with your hands.
Your body fat percentage will now be measured and displayed after about 8 seconds. Values under 19% indicate un-
derweight. Values of 20 - 25% are regarded "normal". 26 - 29% mean slight overweight. Values above 30% indicate
overweight.
PLEASE NOTE: These sensors do not offer measuring accuracy sufficient for medical standards or for serving as a
base for medical treatment. Furthermore, they can not be used as a foundation for diets or therapies. The calculated
results are merely approximate values and thus may only serve for a rough orientation regarding a workout or diet plan.
