Specify the [Save in] and [File name], and then click [Save].

Click [Save] to start importing the data.

The backup fi le will be saved in the "MK
Desktop Utility Printer data File (*.mk5)."

The default settings for the save location are as
follows:
C:/Users/[User Name]/Documents

IMPORTANT

• Until you see the message "Data backup has been completed," make sure of the following points.

Otherwise, the data may get corrupted.

- Do not turn off the printer or computer.

- Do not disconnect the USB cable.

- Do not operate the keyboard.

When the completion message is displayed, click [OK].
