Click the OK button to create the new group entry.
To edit a Group

Change the group name, if necessary.

To add an individual or group to the selected group, select the individual or group you
want to add from the Available Recipients list box, and then click the Add button. To
remove a member of the selected group, select the individual or group you want to
remove from the Current Group Members list box, and then click the Remove button.

Click the OK button to modify the selected group entry.

Display the Address Book sheet, and
then click the Groups check box to dis-
play all the groups in the Entries list
box.

Select a group to edit, and then click
the Edit button to open the Edit Group
dialog box.
