Printing under Job Accounting (for Windows NT4.0/2000)
The procedure for printing under Job Accounting differs depending on whether or not the Allow
Password Setting check box is checked on in the Device Settings sheet.
When the Allow Password Setting check box is selected:
The password for Job Accounting can be specified in advance in the ID/Password Settings dialog
box.

In the application, select the Print command, and then click the Properties button in the
Print dialog box.

Specify the various settings in the Properties dialog box.

Click the OK button to close the Properties dialog box, and then click the OK button in
the Print dialog box.
The document is printed under the specified ID and password.
When the Allow Password Setting check box is not selected:
The password for Job Accounting cannot be specified in the ID/Password Settings dialog box.

the Print dialog box.

In the Confirm ID/Password dialog box, specify the password, and if necessary change
the ID.

If the entered password is verified as valid, the document is printed.
