Setting the Department ID Management Information
You can register the Department ID after setting the Department ID Management to <ON>.
Setting the Department ID Management to ON enables you to register the following information for
each of the Department IDs from 01 to 99.
- Department ID
- Password
- Maximum number of copies allowed
NOTE
•
No Department ID Management Information is registered at the factory.
•
When using the control card, it is necessary to register the Department ID into the card to be used.

Enter the Additional Functions menu and open the <2.DEPT. ID MANAGEMNT>, and
press .
