Suggested average monthly print/copy volume:

Suggested maximum monthly volume:

Up to 50,000 prints/copies (imageRUNNER 2016/2020 Series)
Note:
The maximum monthly volume (print/copy) represents the maximum
number of pages the machine can produce within a one-month period (based
upon letter size paper). However, the machine should not be used to produce
this, or a greater, volume on a consistent monthly basis.

Ninety (90) days after delivery to the original purchaser or 30,000
prints/copies, or a combination of both, whichever comes first.

Dealers purchasing an imageRUNNER 2016/2020 Series will receive
WARP credit during the month following their purchase. The credit covers
the dealer’s cost for defective parts with a dealer cost under $300
replaced during the term of the end-user warranty. Defective parts having
a dealer cost over $300 that were replaced during the term of the end-user
warranty should be returned along with all applicable documentation to
Canon U.S.A. for processing. Your Regional Service Office personnel can
answer questions on the WARP program.
