3.4.3 Orientation of the Deck Pickup Roller
When mounting the deck pickup roller
[1] at the front of the machine, be sure that
the marking [2] on the collar (silver) is to-
ward the front and the marking [3] on the
side of the roller is toward the rear of the
machine.

When mounting the deck pickup roller
[4] at the rear of the machine, be sure that
the marking [5] found on the side of the
roller and the marking [6] found on the col-
lar (silver) are toward the rear of the ma-
chine.

3.4.4 Removing the Deck Pickup/Feed Roller
1) Remove the deck pickup unit. (See p. 8-
38P.)
2) Turn over the deck pickup unit.
3) Remove the resin ring [1], and detach
the deck pickup/feed roller [2] and the
drive belt [3] toward the front.
