Close the film holder.
Close the two halves of the film holder and gently lock the tab as shown below.
CAUTION
• Ensure that the film holder snaps closed along its length. If the middle portions remain raised after the
tab on the end has been locked, gently pinch them closed them with your fingers as shown below.
Align the guide over the desired frame.
If you slide the guide left and right over the film holder, it will automatically click into the notches in
position over each frame. Make sure that the guide clicks fully into the notch over the desired frame
before scanning.
CAUTION
• Reposition the film in the film holder if the end protrudes from the holder or the guide is difficult to slide.
