Power on the miner and connect the network cable to the switch (or router). Check if the link light of the network
port is flashing. If the light of the network port is o

, it means that the MM control panel is out of power. In that
case, do ensure that the power cable is connected or consider replacing the power supply to establish if the
original power supply is faulty.

If the mesh light is on but should the LED light on the MM control panel be o

, it is likely that the MM control
panel isfaulty and needs replacement.

The mining pool cannot be connected for an extended duration (5 minutes or more) after booting up (the miner
indicator lamp remains yellow, does not turn green, and has no hash rate).

The mining pool can be connected after the miner is turned on (the miner indicator lamp is green), but it has no
computing power.
