tramite il

datrice 4T con l’albero del mandrino della
unità elettro macchina (fig. 1).

⇒⇒ Disinserire la spina della presa di
alimentazione.
⇒⇒ Inserire la “chiave” tra la scato-
la ingranaggi nell’apposita sede
del mandrino onde evitare la ro-
tazione.
⇒⇒ Provvedere alla sostituzione del
piatto in modo opportuno (come
da esempio).
Variando la distanza delle testine sul
piat-
to “A”
, si regola la larghezza da minimo
48 mm a max 146 mm di bocciardatura

Con la testina verso l’interno, si regola
la larghezza in 3 posizioni: diametro 48
mm, diametro 62 mm e diametro 76 mm.
Con la testina verso l’esterno si regola la
larghezza in 4 posizioni: diametro 104
mm, diametro 118 mm, diametro 132 mm
e diametro 146 mm.
n.b.
È fondamentale bloccare sempre i due bul-
loni di ogni testina a 4 Nm ogni volta che
vengono regolate sul piatto.
Si può scegliere il tipo di bocciardatura
dalle 6 differenti grane presenti nel nostro
catalogo (da fine tipo sabbiato a grossa).

The rotary bush hammer type 4T can be
fitted onto an electronically adjustable
machine (such as a grinding machine),
e.g. Rupes LH. Fitting is carried out using
plate “A”
on the 4T rotary bush hammer
with the shaft of the mandrel on the elec-
trical unit on the machine (fig. 1).

⇒⇒ Disconnect the plug from the power supply.
⇒⇒⇒ Insert a “wrench” in the gear-
box where the mandrel is in or-
der to prevent rotation.
⇒⇒⇒ Replace the plate in a suitable
way (see example).

With the head pointing inwards, the
width can be adjusted in 3 positions:
diameter 48 mm, diameter 62 mm and
diameter 76 mm. With the head pointing
outwards, the width can be adjusted in 4
positions: diameter 104 mm, diameter 118
mm, diameter 132 mm, diameter 146 mm.
n.b.
It is essential that the two bolts on each
head are locked at 4 Nm when the latter
are adjusted on the plate.

ring from the 6 different grits in our cata-
logue (from fine sandblasted to coarse).
