So, connect a single cable (can be a screened cable as well) from the RCA
connector (positive terminal) to J7 on the preamp PCB.
The negative terminals on the RCA connectors (left out and right out) can be
connected together at the connectors and run a single cable from here to start
earth point.
4.2.4 Right Audio Out
Similar to the left audio out, connect a single cable from RCA connector
(positive terminal) to J8 on the preamp PCB.
The negative terminal needs to be connected to the star earth (this should
have been done in the previous step).

4.2.5 Star Earth
There shouldn’t be anything else needed to be wired to the star earth at this
stage (they would have all been wired if you followed all the steps from the
beginning). However, it is a good chance to make sure that we have connected
all 0V levels to the star earth.
Please note that the star earth terminal is not electrically connected to the
chassis at the mounting point (it is electrically connected to the ground via the
safety ground point).
