screened cables if possible and remember to only connect the screen wire only
on one end and not both.
It would be a good idea to study the wiring diagram and Figure 31. Please pay
a proper attention at the audio in and out section especially the ground level
cables as they might not be as you would have expected.

To make this section easier, we will divide the it into smaller sections:
4.2.1 Left Audio In
This is the audio input cable, coming from the left channel RCA connector, then
into the preamp PCB.
Connect a pair of cable (positive and negative) from the left channel RCA
connector to J2 (positive) and J3 (negative) on the preamp PCB.
4.2.2 Right Audio In
This is the audio input cable, coming from the right channel RCA connector,
then into the preamp PCB.
Connect a pair of cable (positive and negative) from the right channel RCA
connector to J1 (positive) and J4 (negative) on the preamp PCB.
4.2.3 Left Audio Out
The “audio out” channel is wired a bit differently compared to the “audio in”. For
the “audio out”, the negative cable is connected directly to the star earth – and
not to the preamp PCB.
