Whenever maintenance or service is performed on an Companion 5 unit, an entry should be made in the service log for that concen-
trator or recorded in accordance with your company’s standard procedure. Whenever the case of the Companion 5 is opened, the flow
rate, concentration, and alarm status should be verified per the Test Procedures in this manual.
