4. Operation
Keep your hatch glass clean to help ensure the Taku remains securely in position. The
blade must be clear of any obstructions that would cause it to jam. Secure the locking
suction cup cam in position before operating fan.
Do not use in severe, jarring, rough
water conditions.
Air Blast Exchange Mode:
Provides the user with a high speed, high airflow blast of
air to clear the cabin of stifling hot air. This mode will stay active for 5 minutes then
automatically revert to the previously set speed.
Exhaust vs. Intake
: The fan can be conveniently rotated to either exhaust stale air from
or pull fresh air into the cabin.
Comfort Speed Mode (Speed 1, 2, 3)
: Press comfort speed button on the control panel
once to activate fan in Comfort Speed 1. Press button again to adjust speed levels and to
turn fan off. (1, 2, 3, Off)
LED Light
: 120 total lumens - The high-efficiency LED cabin light can be operated
independently of the fan.

6. Care and Maintenance
The Taku has been designed for many years of problem-free operation. No regular
maintenance should be required, however the fan can be easily cleaned using a damp
cloth with or without a mild detergent.
