Lane Spacing
Set your desired track width by adjusting the wheel spacing on the boom cart frame.
Disassemble the steering joint at (
A
) and loosen both bolt sets at (
B
) and (
C
) before sliding the
arm to your desired spacing. Loosen the jam nut on the tie-rod and begin to twist to change
the tie-rod to an appropriate length to be able to reassemble joint (
A
). Lastly tighten bolt sets
at (
B
) and (
C
).
Wheel spacing is adjustable from
60”
to
80”
with other spacing kits available. Verify
bolts are tight after adjusting your track width. Equally adjust the steering tie-rods.

Failing to secure wheels after adjusting spacing will result in an
unbalanced irrigation boom that will tip over. This will result in damage to
your irrigation boom, and may cause serious injury and/or death.
