To place a call to a contact from the local directory:
1. Press
DIR
soft key, the IP phone enters the all contacts page.
2. Press or to select desired contact.
3. Press
Dial
soft key.
To import/export contact lists (XML):
Note:
You can manage your phone’s local directory via phone user interface or web user interface. But you
can only import or export the contact list via web user interface.
1. Login the web GUI of IP phone.
2. Click on
Directory
->
Directory
.
3. To import/export XML or CSV contact list file.
