encounter when using your IX-C62 IP phone.

How can I find the basic information of the IP phone?
Press the key when the IP phone is idle to check the basic information of the IP phone, such as
IP address and firmware version.
What is the difference between SIP user ID and
Authenticate ID?
Both of SIP user ID and Authenticate ID are defined by the server, SIP user ID is used to identify the
account while Authenticate ID matches with a password is used for authentication if required by the
server.
Why is the LCD screen blank?
Ensure your phone is properly plugged into a functional AC outlet.
Ensure that the phone isn’t plugged into a plug controlled by a switch that is off.
If the phone is plugged into a power strip, try plugging it directly into a wall outlet instead.
Check that the power LED is on to ensure the phone is powered on.
