Replacing PCB Ribbon Saver and PCB Ribbon Saver Sensor

Danger!

Risk of death via electric shock!

 

Before opening the housing cover, disconnect the device from the mains supply and wait at lease one 
minute until the power supply unit has discharged.

1.  Unplug the printer from the electrical outlet.

2.  Remove the cover of the printer 

 2.2 Cover dismount / 

mount.

3.  Unplug all plug connections from the PCB Ribbon saver 

(1) or PCB Ribbon saver sensor (5).

4.  Loosen screw (2) to remove PCB Ribbon saver (1) or 

screw (4) to remove PCB Ribbon saver sensor (5).

5.  Remove the PCBs.

6.  Mounting in reverse order.
