4 .10 "TIMeR" menu
The "TIMER" menu can be programmed to start and stop the glue gun heater
automatically with no input from the operator.
In this way, the glue gun can begin to heat up before the operator arrives, and the glue
will be at the right temperature when the operator starts work.
When the heating starts, the system enters stand-by mode. The target temperature is set
to Min or Max temperature.
To access the "TIMER" menu, turn the binder's main switch to the third position
(
on2
).
The following image will appear on the screen.
Using the and icons, the operator can select or deselect the days of the week
when the system should be automatically heated, and control the start and stop times for
the heater.
The icon appears on the screen if the programmed times are inconsistent (e.g. from
8.00 to 7.00).
The icon toggles the "TIMER" menu.
Thus the timer mode is only active if the main power switch is in the on2 position .
