3.2.1 Heating the glue/gun:
3.2.1.1 VersaPail System
Preliminary notes:
This temperature can be adjusted by a qualified technician to low or high temperature.
The operator can vary this temperature by ± 15°C using the graphical interface from the
VersaPail.
Procedure for starting heating:
1) Turn ON the VersaPail. When it is ready (green light ON), turn ON the binder.
2) Press the green button on the loading console. All the initialisation operations take place.
3) The green indicator lights up to show that the machine is ready to start.
3.2.1.2 PUR C System
Preliminary notes:
This temperature can be adjusted by a qualified technician to low or high temperature.
Procedure for starting heating:
1) Switch the melter ON. The switch is located to the lower right
of the control panel.
2) The ready LED (green) will turn ON when the melter and all of
the hose and gun are within 3°C (5°F) of their assigned setpoint
temperature.
