Rear windshield wiper and
scrubber (if fitted)

Rotate the end knob of wiper switch
to
position to turn on the rear
windscreen wiper. Rotate the knob
to “ ” or open the back door to stop
both wiper and scrubber.

Rotate the end knob of wiper switch
to
position to turn on both rear
windscreen wiper and scrubber.
■
Rotate the switch knob to rear wiper
position
and release. After the
spraying of washing fluid, the wiper
wipes for 1~2 cycles and then stops.
After an approximately 5s interval,
the wiper wipes once further to
remove the residual water drops
from the windscreen.

With the vehicle po
wer switch at “OK”, when the back door is opened, the rear
wiper/scrubber is not operational. While the rear wiper/scrubber is working, the
wiper/scrubber stops working if the back door is opened and resumes working in 5s
after the back door is closed. While the front wiper is working, the rear wiper will work
automatically if the gear R is engaged.
Tip
●
Do not run the scrubber continuously for >10s or operate the scrubber when the
washing fluid reservoir is empty, otherwise it will probably result in overheated
damage of motor.
●
Regularly inspect the wiper blade and remove the dirt attached on the wiper blade, to
prevent dry operation.
