Demo program
To provide an easy operation of the instrument from the computer, and to check the RS232 line
(IEEE488 bus) of the instrument, a simple operating program is delivered with the decade.
The installation disk contains a program (for WIN95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/WIN7/WIN8 only), that allows
your computer to communicate with the instrument through a standard serial line (IEEE488). For example,
you may set a value or function on the decade.
For a IEEE488 connection, this Demo program requires a properly configured National Instruments
IEEE488 card.

Installing the program
Launch “SETUP.EXE”.
The installation program asks for the destination directory (pre-defined is “R Decade”).
Insert another directory or confirm “R Decade”.
The installation program executes the installation.
The file “UNINST.EXE” is also copied into the selected directory, for an alternative delete of the directory
from the system.
