Danger – Keep hands clear of taildoor and mechanism during operation.
4.14 Operating hazard area
Objects can be thrown out from the rotors with
sufficient force
to severely injure people. Stay away from machine
when it is
running. Keep others away.
Stay out of shaded hazard area.
Always know where all additional personnel are
located when
operating the spreader. Never allow anyone within
the hazard area.
Stay away from the sides and rear of the spreader
when it is
running to prevent being hit by flying debris.
Rotors can expel
solid objects with sufficient force to cause severe injury. Stay out of hazard area.
NOTE:
Remember any foreign objects hidden in the material i.e. stones, bricks, wood etc. can be thrown further
than the actual
material, which could result in serious injury or loss of life.
