UPDATING THE HDGT
1. Start the Heavy Duty Update Agent
(if not already running)

• You can check to see if it is already running by looking for
the Bully Dog icon in the System Tray in the bottom right
corner of your screen.
• If the Heavy Duty Update Agent is already installed, you will find it
in the following folder on your Windows Start Menu:
All Programs
> Bully Dog Technologies > Heavy Duty Update Agent
• If the Heavy Duty Update Agent is not present in your programs list,
you will need to install it

2. Plug the MicroSD memory card into the card reader.
