Connecting the ac power cord
1. Make sure that the storage system’s power switch is off, and then connect the
power cord to the storage system.
2. Plug the other end of the power cord into an ac power outlet.

Powering up the storage system
1. Turn on the storage system’s power.
The green system power light, which is on the top VSC and visible from the
front of the storage system, turns on and the fans rotate.
