5.5 Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Possible cause
Remedy
Flask does not rotate
Lock button on gear head not released
Turn off motor and release lock button
No hydraulic oil
Check oil level or top-out with oil
Hydraulic pump is rotating in wrong direction
Call Customer Service
(phases reversed)
Motor circuit breaker has released
Remove back cover, press start button,
remount back cover
Evaporating flask rotates Hydraulic hoses reversed
Call Customer Service
in wrong direction
Bath does not heat up
Polluted thermostat
Call Customer Service
Heating element not connected
Insert heating plug
Protecting switch is losen
Open the socket by loosing, the 4 screws
and activate the protecting switch.
Close the socket again. (Figure 19)
System has a leak
Valves open
Close valves
Seals defective
Check seals
Glass connections leaking
Tighten couplings
