Operation
- 3.8 - SMART CLEARER
SLUB +
This function allows to detect the yarn defects (slub-tangle ) according to the
following programmable characteristics:
Thickening Percentage = 1 999% (against nominal ø)
Minimum Defect Length = 1 100 mm.
The ISSC.. sensor signals an error when it detects a defect matching the
programmed settings
(Thickening Percentage - Minimum Defect Length).
YARN -
This function allows to detect the yarn defect (missing ply) according to the
following programmable characteristics:
Reduction Percentage = 1 99% (against nominal ø)
Minimum Defect Length = 0.1 40 m
The ISSC.. sensor signals an error when it detects a defect matching the
programmed settings
(Reduction Percentage - Minimum Defect Length).
YARN +
This function allows to detect the yarn defect (added ply) according to the
following programmable characteristics:
Thickening Percentage = 1 999% (against nominal ø)
Minimum Defect Length = 0.1 40 m
The ISSC.. sensor signals an error when it detects a defect matching the
programmed settings
(Thickening Percentage -Minimum defect Length).
NO YARN
This function allows to detect the yarn missing condition according to the
following programmable characteristics:
Reduction Percentage = 1 99% (against nominal ø)
Minimum Defect Length = 0.1 40 m
The ISSC.. sensor signals an error (i.e. the yarn missing condition) when it detects
a defect matching the programmed setting (Reduction Percentage – Minimum
Defect Length).
In this case the sensor will always activate the stop output independently of the
programmed operating mode
(either Monitor or Control) .
As it must actually detect a yarn missing condition, the reduction percentage
should be set to a high value
(i.e. 80 90%).
SPEED
Is the yarn collection speed of the machine; the Minimum Defect Length values are
converted into a ISSC.. sensor reaction time depending on this speed
(Programmable as 1 m/min to 2000 m/min.).
