Device Configuration and Numbering
This function allows you to setup the number of elastic yarn feeding/control positions used for the specific
application and to identify in univocal way the associations of devices (TS55 + DIAPER
IS3F/HTP) which control every position.
Prior to carry out the Device Configuration and Numbering, select the used creel type by means of
the function SETUP
→
CUBE TYPE (page 41).
Enter the
SETUP
menu.
Select
IDENTIFY
.
Set the number of elastic yarn feeding/control positions
[1..10] (in this example: 4 positions, i.e. 4 TS55 sensors
and 4 DIAPER FEEDER devices).
To continue.
SAVE
to save the setting of the position number.
•
The example shown here indicates that the numbering
(identification) procedure of the 4 TS55 sensors is
going to start.
•
The green LED starts flashing and on the SM-
DIN/DUOLOOP Board the display shows
•
Skim the touch light of the First TS55 sensor and check
that:
a) the sensor LED changes from flashing green to
red.
b) the
CURRENT
field on SMART MATRIX CUBE
terminal increases by 1.
•
Skim the touch light of the Second TS55 sensor and
continue with the numbering of all sensors.
When all the TS55 sensors have been numbered, the
DIAPER FEEDER identification screen automatically

IDENTIFY
