Press RECALL if you are connected behind a
switchboard and wish to transfer or put a call
on hold. (Please refer to your Switchboard
User Guide). If you are connected to a direct
line you can use RECALL with services such
as Call Waiting and Three Way Calling.

With the PULSE/TONE switch set to TONE,
the unit will generate a Timed Break Recall
(TBR) of approximately 100 milliseconds.
You can set the PULSE/TONE switch to
PULSE for an Earth Recall.

You can also make a call with an additional
phone plugged into the EXT. TEL. Socket on
the Conference Unit.

Make a call with the telephone in the normal
way and then when you are ready to transfer
this call to the Conference Unit, press
ON/OFF on the Conference unit and then
hang up the telephone. The call will be
transferred and the red indicator light will
be on.

Please note:

You need to hang up the telephone or a
loud whistling noise (known as feedback)
will be heard.
