Using the telephone,
fax and copier
Forwarding incoming faxes to
another fax machine
You can set your Image 2001 to automatically
send received faxes to another number. Once
you have switched on fax forwarding, all faxes
will be forwarded to the number you have set
until the function is switched off again. You
have the option of saving copies of all the
forwarded faxes in memory, printing them out
or deleting them. The default option is to print
all faxes forwarded.
To set up fax forwarding

You can now enter a 4 digit code to prevent
your Image 2001 being switched off without
authorisation.

button to confirm the code.

and then changes to
ENTER DESTINATION
.
•
You can now enter the fax number you want
your faxes forwarded to.
•
Press the
button to confirm the number.

. You
can now choose whether you want copies of
the faxes printed, stored or deleted by your
Image 2001.
•
Press the

button to display the available
options –
PRINT, STORE
and
DELETE

button to confirm the displayed

To switch off fax forwarding

that was entered when fax transfer was
switched on.
