The both tubular pieces of the connecting rod assembly (
- 9)
are inserted from inside into the girders left and right. Then put the M12
threaded rods through the tubes and complete the assembly with screws.
6. Position and mount the support frame in place
Put the support frame in desired position and adjust to level on the concrete
floor (
- adjusting screws 4) and attach it to the floor (e.g. M12
anchor bolts). Provide for attachment onto the building wall, if possible.
7. Suspend the fireplace
Preparation:
- Remove the steel ropes protection cover (from
the back of fireplace, where the counterweights
are moving) – it is not needed anymore.
- Lift the sliding door up
- Turn the adjustable feet on the rear to retract
them completely
Suspending:
- Bring the fireplace from the front to the support
frame, lift it up and fit the transversal strut into
the suspension brackets of the back plate
- Position the fireplace in the center of the sup-
port frame.
