After you have secured the carriage with the pulleys, without giving the final tightening, force the car (Q) against the chassis rail tubes
and keep it pressed.
•
With the carriage (Q) forced down, force the sheave (R) upwards so that it has greater contact with the rail tube, and the final
tightening on the sheave (R) bolts.
•
Do the same process on the other pulley (26) force the carriage (Q) down and the pulley (26) upwards to have as much contact as
possible
with the rail tube, and the final tightening on the sheave bolts (26).
•
When the pulleys (R) and (26) are assembled on the carriage (Q), move it from side to side to see if there is no gap between the chassis
tube and the pulleys. Assembly.
