CAR ADJUSTMENT
t allows the user to adjust the height of the car according to his preference. The adjustment is
limited to the track of the equipment where the car is located. At the end of the exercise, rest the
car on the equipment chassis to exit.

COUNTER
The IDEA line has a version that comes accompanied with a cycle counter, exercise time and rest
time. This counter has the purpose to help the user to know how his or her exercise pace is. The
counter only matches IDEA PLUS models.
SELECTOR PIN
The lector pin allows the weights to be locked to be used when performing the exercise.

STEEL CABLE TENSIONER
Enables the steel cables to be adjusted be loosening or tightening the cables. To release or
tension the steel cable just rotate the tensioner. To maintain the tension of the cable follow the
specifications below to tension both with or without the multiplier
