1. Apply parking brake.
2. Recheck throttle control lever operation.
3. Put your helmet on.
4. Ensure that the tether cord cap is installed on the engine cut-off
switch and that the cord is attached to your clothing eyelet.
5. Ensure that the emergency engine stop switch is in the ON position
(up).
