How to use:
Prior to using the device for the first time it is recommended to wash it thoroughly using appropriate detergents
and dry all the elements of the machine.
1. Place the body (7) on a stable, flat surface, making sure that the plastic tightening sleeve (8) is installed
inside the body.
2. Insert the three-part bearing (5) on the thicker side of the screw (4) axis, and then slide the whole setup
into the machine body.
3. Install the cutting blade (3) onto the front axis of the screw (4) in such a way that its cutting edges are
directed outwards.
4. Install the mesh plate (2) of choice on the cutting blade in such a way that its cutout fits the protrusion on
the body.
5. Tighten everything with the ring (1).
6. Install the wedge (6) in the opening in the rear part of the screw (4) axis.
7. Install the pulley (9) on the ending with the wedge (6) installed, tightening it with the bolt with washer (11).
8. In case of a manual drive for the pulley (9), install the wooden handle (10). Make sure that the handle is in
a position that allows freedom of spinning.
When using a drive employing an electric motor, the wooden handle (10) is not installed. If you choose to
use a drive employing an electric motor, it is necessary to buy a V-belt (not included in the set) and use the
extra pulley (14) included in the set.
If the device is installed as a stuffer:
1. Place the body (7) on a stable surface (e.g. worktop), making sure that the plastic tightening sleeve (8) is
installed inside the body.
2. Insert the three-part bearing (5) on the thicker side of the screw (4) axis, and then slide the whole setup
into the machine body.
3. Install the meat dicer on the front axis of the screw (4).
4. Push the funnel (13) selected into the adapter (14) so that it is immobilised.
5. Mount the adapter with funnel on the body (7), tightening it with the ring (1).
6. Before installing an intestine or another casing, grease the funnel and fill it full of stuffing. Thanks to that,
you will avoid filling it with air and facilitated pulling the casing onto the funnel.
7. Pull the intestines or casings - prepared according to the user manual - onto the funnel and begin the
stuffing process.
