2.1.4 Tape Cutter Mechanism

The tape cutter ASSY consists of a cutter case ASSY and cutter board.
Pressing the cutter lever pushes out the cutter blade against the cutter board, cutting
the printed tape coming through the cutter case ASSY and cutter board.
