Chapter 7 OTHER FUNCTIONS

Detach PROM from the socket with tools.

Tools are independently sold.
If tools are unavailable, use (-) screw driver to detach PROM.

(CAUTION)

When a screwdriver is used to detach, ply each side of PROM with care alternately
and gradually. If only one side is plied, PROM may be damaged.

Attach new PROM to the socket.

(CAUTION)

Attach PROM by aligning the notch with the white circle on the printed circuit board
(PCB). If attached in reverse way, the programmer may become in trouble.

Align the notch of the programmer
with white circle on the PCB.
