To save time, you can register up to 10 frequently-used functions that use built-in and/or downloadable
symbols, images, label designs, and databases.
Press the
PF (Programmable Function)
key to recall registered function.

Registering a New Function

Select the item that you want to register, and then press the

Enter the function name, and then press the

key to register this function.
The function registration is completed.
Note
• The registered function name can be changed later.
• You can register up to 10 functions. If 10 functions are already registered, you must delete one of the
functions before registering a new function.
• If you recall a registered function and make changes to it, the revised function cannot be registered by
overwriting the previous function. The revised function must be registered as a new function. Delete any
unnecessary functions.
Recalling and Using a Registered Function

• You can also recall a function by typing the function number using the number keys.
