Sets the top margin at a
distance from the top edge
of the paper: 0.00, 0.33,
0.50, 1.00, 1.50 or
2.00 inches. The default
setting is 0.50 inches.
Bottom Margin #.##
Sets the bottom margin at
a distance from the bottom
edge of the paper: 0.00,
0.33, 0.50, 1.00, 1.50 or
2.00 inches. The default
setting is 0.50 inches.
Lines ###
Sets the number of lines
on each page from 5 to
128 lines. The default
setting is 64 lines (A4).
